Most popular house - the sun island house
Show house - Plan E 15-153.1
What sort of living environment would make a young family feel at home? How big should children's bedrooms be, where will the family congregate, how much private space is needed? When designing the show house in Oberstetten, the Schwörer architects opted for an open floor plan on the ground floor and individually accessed rooms on the first floor. This sun island house conceals a modern living concept for young families. Its main features are plenty of space and light with very low energy consumption. The layout, size and arrangement of the rooms are designed to be particularly family-friendly. The sun island functions as the communication centre.
