House with modern architecture

Inspired by some SchwörerHaus houses in their neighbourhood, Elena and Alec Bigger had their own wonderful house design built, using the latest top quality architecture – a very open structure and modern layout.
The entrance is a buffer area between the garage and the cubic house structure. Their shopping can be carried directly from the car through the hallway and living area into the kitchen. The living/dining/cooking area is in a single L-shaped room. The kitchen is set slightly back by a wide opening so that the dining area is not directly alongside the oven.
Upstairs, rooms are clearly distributed along the landing: the children's bedrooms and master bedroom are next to each other, opposite their respective bathrooms. Elena Bigger, freelance translator who works from home, also has a music room and study upstairs.
