House with Bay over Two Storeys

There’s a lot to be said for a bay over two storeys – you get a big impact for hardly any additional costs. In addition to the house’s impressive appearance, the large window areas flood the rooms on the top floor with daylight. On the ground floor, the bay emphasizes the dining area and creates a cosy lounge or reading corner bathed in plenty of natural light. With this house, the bay extends the living room on the ground floor. On the top floor it provides sufficient lighting for the desks in the children’s rooms. The ground floor plan is spacious and has a living area of 150 m². The bedrooms with dressing rooms and bath are located on the ground floor. The second story is inhabited by the children; three children’s rooms and a bathroom were planned here.
