Aftersales Service

We offer free aftersales service for 5 years in line with the German civil code; for heating and electrical installations for 2 years. Neverthless any repairs required at a later date can also be carried out by SchwörerHaus. Our experienced Schwörer Aftersales Service employees are available to answer questions or talk about improvements to your home.

The Aftersales Service team member then plans your service appointment. It takes around 3 weeks for planning, ordering materials and scheduling. In emergencies, a faster call-out is of course standard.
The customer is informed 10-14 days beforehand about the service call-out by means of an appointment card.
Our experienced Schwörer on-site installation team will carry out the work professionally and to a high standard.
