On the 3rd of May, another chapter was added to the SchwörerHaus' corporate history at the company’s headquarters in Hohenstein-Oberstetten: the new production hall for FlyingSpaces and ceiling parts.
2018
49 prefabricated house manufacturers were tested by the business magazine Capital. SchwörerHaus received the top score of 100. 7 points out of a possible 107. Thus also the award "Best Prefabricated House Manufacturer".
Schwörer multi-storey building realised its first hotel, with 33 rooms and a private residential unit in Walddorfhäslach. The rooms are adapted to the requirements of the nearby fair.
2017
For the fifth time in a row, SchwörerHaus has been awarded with the quality seal “Fairest prefabricated house provider”, of the Focus Money Test, with the grade “very good. ” We would particularly like to highlight the very good rating of the performance feature “Fairest Price-Performance Ratio. ”
Construction of the joint project Green Living Space by the project partners SchwörerHaus, IKEA Germany, Gira and Vaillant. The sample FlyingSpace in the FertighausWelt in Hanover-Langenhagen presents a modern living concept with a garden on the roof.

Construction of the LebensPhasenHaus – the 'Life Stages House' – pilot project in Tübingen that is to convey a realistic and tangible example of what a home with assistance systems could look like.

SchwörerHaus is awarded one of three "Innovation Prizes 2014" presented by the "EnBW Energy Efficiency Network" for its new energy-optimised moulding plant in Oberstetten.
1988
Hans Schwörer is awarded the 2nd German Federal Cross of Merit 1st Class on August 20, 1988 (on the occasion of his 65th birthday) and made a Freeman of the City of Hohenstein.
Expansion of the sawmill to include a second hogger and a plank sorting plant.

The house building revolution: development of a plant for controlled house ventilation to improve the living climate and reduce energy consumption, given the name Schwörer Heat Recovery Technology.
Start of 3-ply board production for the timber trade.
