2019

On the 3rd of May, another chapter was added to the SchwörerHaus' corporate history at the company’s headquarters in Hohenstein-Oberstetten: the new production hall for FlyingSpaces and ceiling parts.

2018

49 prefabricated house manufacturers were tested by the business magazine Capital. SchwörerHaus received the top score of 100. 7 points out of a possible 107. Thus also the award "Best Prefabricated House Manufacturer".

Schwörer multi-storey building realised its first hotel, with 33 rooms and a private residential unit in Walddorfhäslach. The rooms are adapted to the requirements of the nearby fair.

2017

For the fifth time in a row, SchwörerHaus has been awarded with the quality seal “Fairest prefabricated house provider”, of the Focus Money Test, with the grade “very good. ” We would particularly like to highlight the very good rating of the performance feature “Fairest Price-Performance Ratio. ”

2016

For outstanding work in the field of business and in recognition of his special contribution to Baden-Württemberg's economy, managing director Johannes Schwörer received the state's Enterprise Medal.

The topping-out ceremony for the 39,000th Schwörer house took place in Ravensburg.

For the sixth time, SchwörerHaus receives the EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) certificate in recognition of its pioneering role in environmental management and sustainability. The company receives another award in the field of health and safety at work.

2015

Construction of the LebensPhasenHaus – the 'Life Stages House' – pilot project in Tübingen that is to convey a realistic and tangible example of what a home with assistance systems could look like.

The SCHÖNER WOHNEN house 'MONO' was awarded the prestigious ecological prize for its sustainable concept.

The SCHÖNER WOHNEN house 'MONO' was assessed on health criteria and was highly rated, receiving the room air certificate from the Sentinel Haus Institute.

Hans Schwörer is awarded the 2nd German Federal Cross of Merit 1st Class on August 20, 1988 (on the occasion of his 65th birthday) and made a Freeman of the City of Hohenstein.
