the appearance of this elegant, gabled roof classic doesn’t entirely correspond
to the architectural style of single-storey bungalows, its floor plan clearly
shows typical characteristics of their spaciousness and division of space into

toilet and cloakroom, the sleeping area with dressing area and bathroom, the
living/dining area and the kitchen with pantry are all positioned in a
clockwise direction around the centrally located staircase. Reserves of space
for a childrens’ or hobby room are located in the light-filled upper storey.
