Architecturally-designed house – design in Bauhaus style. If the house were designed to match a particular make of car, a Porsche would be parked in front of the Groh family's house: distinctive styling, exquisite design, a reflection of state-of-the-art technology.
The centrepiece of the house is the open-spaced living/dining area with its free-standing cooker island. Part of a comprehensive concept for the home owner is, of course, home networking. A typical example are pre-programmed LED lighting scenarios. The first floor has been kept private, with an integrated layoutof bedroom, dressing room, bathroom. Daughter Lina also has her own mini-kingdom; a large room divided into sleeping and playing areas.
