Barrier-free show home in the Schwörer show home centre sets new

standards. In keeping with the concept of a convenient barrier-free

house, the main residential unit occupies two storeys. While all the

living functions are generously distributed on the ground floor, the

first floor with wellness room and large sized glazed studio is set

aside for relaxation. If a fully independent apartment is created on the

ground floor of a hillside house, this can be used to house a carer.

This contemporary detached house with annex apartment was planned and

furnished throughout in line with the DIN specifications for wheelchair

users. This includes not only the lift but also wider door units,

generous traffic areas and threshold-free access throughout.
