Aspirational architecture in the Bauhaus style
Customer home - Plan E 20-119.1
Aspirational architecture in keeping with the Bauhaus style,
sophisticated details, a smart floor plan for a family of three plus a
generously dimensioned feel - and all on just 110 square metres of
living space: welcome to the Hager family home. Frank and Manuela Hager
are not keen on long and arduous decision-making processes: After
getting to know each other, they quickly took the plunge and started a
family, looked for a suitable building plot and built their own home.
For the Hager family, family-friendly living means first and foremost
bright, friendly rooms, sufficient space for one or two children and
enough private space as a retreat for the adults. "It took us about the
same amount of time we had spent deciding to build, on deciding to opt
for a prefabricated construction," says Frank Hager. As the young family
has only a limited budget available, the fast building time and cost
security of a fixed-price agreement were particularly important.
